What is all included with the rental rate?    8 x 60 inch round tables , 3 60 x30 banquet tables , 64 gold Chiavari chairs ,  24 plastic folding chairs ,  18 bar seats along wall , fully equipped bar with a wine fridge and a beverage fridge , 8 metal  ice buckets ,stainless steel mobile ice chest ,ice machine , gold metal arch , PA system , sign holder stand , 100 inch projector screen , 70 inch flat screen tv that you can stream slideshows through , wi-fi , state of art sound system , 2 stainless steel mobile catering table , red vip carpet , stainless steel mobile coat rack , party disco lights,  life size games : connect 4 ,jenga, and dice .

Do you allow alcohol in the building ?  Yes 

 

Is there a commercial kitchen ?    This is not a cooking kitchen , just a prep food kitchen , there is a microwave and oven, a refrigerator  , a 3 hole sink and prep tables.

 

 Are you HandicapAccessible ?   Yes 

 

Can I use my own catering and bring in my own food ?    Yes , we do not require certain catering, we do have a referring caterer to inquire if interested . 

 

Is there parking ?  There is plenty of parking space .
